The Billet Casting Plant:
This Plant produces aluminum alloyed billets using fresh aluminum ingots and process scraps from the Extrusion Plant and other alloying elements which can be used as raw materials for Extrusion. The process involves melting and alloying the raw materials in a 6 tons capacity melting/holding furnace, casting in to a multi mould vertical DC Castor into log forms. These logs are homogenized in a Homogenizing furnace and then cut in to usable lengths according to requirements.

The Extrusion Plant –I :
This is a complete Extrusion Line set up with most modern American machineries which include Billet Pre-heater, Die Pre-heater, one 1800 Tons SMS SUTTON Extrusion Press, 120 feet Run out table, Cooling table, Saw in-feed table, 30 tons Non de-twist Stretcher, Automatic Pneumatic cutting saw and Aging Furnace.
This is a self sufficient Plant that converts alloyed aluminum billets into various mill finish section and profiles. The press can produce upto 6” width section on specific with a depth limit of 2.5”. It can produce 2800 tons per year at 80 percent capacity.

The Extrusion Plant –II :
This press has a capacity of 880 tons and can produce 1500 tons per year at 80 percent plant capacity. The Plant is housed in a separate building with its separate operating staffs. This plant can produce the smaller sections in demand.

The Anodization Plant :
The mill finish sections produced in the two Extrusion Plants are fed into the Anodization plant to give them a beautiful surface finish in Silver, Gold, or various shades of Bronze which becomes the final product for the market. The process involves surface pre-treatment by dipping in an elaborate set of 22 fiberglass lined tanks and electrolytic coloring process. The entire setup is of American Technology and Machinery that includes, Over head Cranes, three 125 tons Chillers, Two 12000 Amps Rectifiers, one 6000 Amps Color Transformer, Boilers, Fume washers, Affluent Treatment Plant etc. The present capacity of the plant is over 10 tons per day.

The Powder Coating Plant
The Powder coating plant is a separate line of surface finish process. This plant has two sections. A pre-treatment line with seven step chemical treatment and drying process and a fully automatic Conveyor System Powder paint line of the latest technology with automatic Electrostatic Powder Spraying Booth, and Baking Oven. The system has Conveyor Chain System, Automatic Spray Guns and Booth, with powder recover Module and testing facilities. Innumerable Architectural shades and colors are possible in pure polyester or high breed polyester powder finish. This Plant has an output capacity @ 3 tons per shift.

The Wrapping and packing Plant :
In this section, finished sections from both Atomization and Powder coating Plants are inspected, sorted, and wrapped by protective films by automatic Italian machines before dispatching the finished products to the customer.

Die design and manufacture :
Extruded profiles have endless variations in sizes, shapes and complexities. The whole range of aluminum profile production is fully dependent on appropriate die design and die production. BTA has a complete Design and Tool room facility, so that we meet the needs of different customers. Design section is manned by qualified engineers and technical experts and the tool rooms are equipped with sophisticated hi-tech computerized machines. BTA keeps multiple copies of dies of similar shapes and presently BTA's die variety would be over 500 (five hundred) and die quantity would be over 1500 pcs. BTA has sufficient die blanks to cater to the needs of customers on urgent basis. To ensure long die life and consistent profile shape and thickness we have die nit-riding furnace to nitride extrusion dies for extra hardness.

In house power supply arrangement :
BTA uses government supplied electricity and gas for its operation of equipments. To ensure proper and smooth production BTA has its own electricity generators having 2 megawatt capacity which is sufficient to operate the entire production facilities and lighting of buildings.
